Control Center order state ' Cancel pending'

Hi Support,

I have a Sim101 SLM order on MNQ that didn't get filled ... But I tried to cancel and in the Control Center under the States Column shows 'Cancel pending'..even if flatten everything stills doesn't
go away... on the Chart trader I can see the order in an orange color and when click on the 'X' nothing happens...happened last night and I can't clear it..even after reboot...How can I remove or cancel it...it this for the Brokerage to do?

To clear, reset the SIM account. Control Center > Accounts Tab > Right Click SIM101 > Edit Account > Reset (small text above Cancel button).

Ok Thanks for all the feedback.... Problem has been cleared... ..I agree with jeronymite point as well...
