Zoom out more

Hello,

I have been recently forced out of NT7 with my FXCM account and making the transition to NT8

I absolutely need to be able to zoom out more when I have two data series like in the pic.
In nt7 that was no problem, now I cannot chart properly in NT8
Can someone help? You cannot force customers out of 7 if the basic functionality is not already offered in 8

Unfortunately you can only zoom out so much in NinjaTrader 8. If you can't zoom out anymore, you have reached the limit. I assume you compress the time axis when you zoom out - you click and hold the left mouse button below the time axis and move to the right. If you can't move further to the right, the limit is reached.

I have submitted this as a feature request to the Development Team. I will follow up with an internal tracking number for your reference as soon as it is created.

Apparently seems an issue with 1tick chart that cannot be zoomed out more than 15 minutes in nt8.

Is it possible that I can use my FXCM credentials back in NT7?

Unfortunately not, they can only be used in NinjaTrader 8 as per the FXCM connection guide at the link below.

In your experience is it something that can be done through a 3rd party developer, in an indicator level maybe?

I'm not aware of a 3rd party add-on that allows you to zoom out further than default.

I suggest to check the publicly available NinjaTrader ecosystem website for any custom created add-ons from other users (User App Share) or look for 3rd party add-ons (Trading Indicators) that offer the functionality you seek.

If you can't find what you need, you could contact a NinjaScript programmer (Programmers) to create a custom add-on for you.
