Hi, I have raised this same issue with support via direct email 2 days ago.
Unfortunately I have not received a reply.
After contacting Interactive Brokers and discussing the issue with technical support the Eurex data i.e Bund, Dax Futures and Dax Index are all working correctly within TWS. In addition when using the TWS API I am able to request these same instruments within the C# sample application.
Based on the above as no changes have been made to the symbol mapping on either NT7 or NT8 it appears as though the issue is related to NinjaTrader.
I would appreciate it if NinjaTrader could look into this issue.
