Dax data

Hi,

I have noticed that Ninjatrader Brokerage does not provide FDAX, FDXS or FDXM data. Even though I have asked them why there is no premarket data, no one ever responses. Would anybody be aware of why there is no pre-market data even though it is available on other trading platforms and essential for me to trade the dax.

Hello Sawangold,

I assume you refer to a NinjaTrader Continuum connection. Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Set 'Trading hours' to 'Eurex Equity Index Futures Extended' and click OK. Do you now load premarket data in the chart?

Hello Jason,

Thank you for your help Jason, it worked.
While I was missing the10 hours between it closing and re-opening I now have an extra 6 hours being the pre-market which is what I was after.
