Ninjatrader 8 freezes on first trade execution with strategy

1. I had a strategy running on chart. It caused the hang issue of the NT8. I read some articles that said that loading strategy on chart for live trading causes freeze issue.
2. I then ran the strategy through control center. Similar issue happened, it froze NT8 when the position was opened.

The strategy is very simple and it works on playback session/ Strategy analyzer.

Any help?

Can reproduce this behavior on the Sim101 using the same strategy?

Can you reproduce this behavior with the SampleMACrossover on a live demo with brokerage?
If not, can you reproduce this behavior with the SampleMACrossover on a live account?

Can you place manual orders to the same account and instrument?
