    No support help!!!

    Let me start by saying I'm new to the platform. I Funded my account on 7/20/22 and everything was performing properly. Logged in 7/23 with no live Data feed. Tried logging on/off several times trying to determine if it was just connection issues. After the last sign off I had to walk away for a couple of hours, then when I returned, I started getting invalid username and password error code. I have reached out to support several times by way of the Phone Number, this message board and Support's direct email. No one from support has responded. If I'm not contacted by support and the issue resolved by this afternoon I will be defunding and closing my account!

    Check your spam folder for email responses. Often they end up there, and it looks like NT support did not respond. Usually NT support is very responsive.

      Wasn't going to give my two cents, but I eventually just couldn't resist, for I, as well as others evidently, have been having the same problem. For the past week I've been trying to get support: I've called several times, only to be redirected to leave a voicemail rather then continuing to wait on hold. I've used the online form a couple of times where, after submission, it says someone will get back to me by phone... it's never happened. I ultimately leave a post here on the forum, thinking I'd at least get a response even if not as thorough and involved as if by phone or even email. The response I got was that I need to contact NT Brokerage, which I did, and as of now---of course---crickets.

      Such a shame because NT really is a great piece of charting software, but I'm becoming a little disenchanted with the organization and am wondering how they're doing as a company. So glad I never did pay for a lifetime license.

        I have been having the same issues. I make my connection through the Ninja Trader feed for forex, receive confirmation of connection but no data on charts. I have been sending 3-4 emails a day since 7/23/22 and have not receive one reply. Not even a computer-generated email.

          Glad I found this thread. I am trying to start trading and have been calling support but it directs me to leave a message. Left two messages and emailed once but no response. I just need to start trading but cant do it. Seriously I started looking into other brokerages and software.

            Update on my account. I cleared my username and passwords again, now my account will connect but still no data feed. I feel there is a problem between CQG and NT.

              So, I see there have been four support staff members post on different topics this morning still no help or commits on my first post I made on 7/22 and none from this post made 7/25.

                Update was finally able to get thru to support over the phone. There was a problem with my Data subscription.

                    There was a problem with the Rythmic Data feed due to their servers. There was a temporary workaround using IQFeed. Search threads around 23rd & weekend. I don’t know current status.

                    Kate W posted in response to someone that Support were changing how they operate and expect temporary reduced responsiveness.

                    Certainly noticed reduction in QOS recently.
                    I would have thought a temporary ‘sticky’ could help to communicate this with customers

                        I am also extremely disappointed with Ninjatrader's complete lack of phone support. I signed up for a lifetime license last week and am wondering whether that was a good decision considering I cannot get anyone to answer my calls (all go to voicemail). Email support seems equally bad as I've submitted questions via the Contact form without ever having received any response. I really hope Ninjatrader gets their act together and starts providing the service that we, as customers, deserve. Are you listening, Ninjatrader Admins???
