Charts and “last price” not updating with live data for some instruments

Hi,

Connected to Interactive Brokers for live data of the Swiss Exchange (SWX), charts and “last price” in the market analyser are not updating for some instruments, while other data like ask/big, opening, high/low prices are updating properly for the same instruments.

In the example attached, CFR and UBSG are not updating their “last price” and therefore their charts while their other data are working fine and updated in real time. The 3 other instruments get all their data updated properly. They are no errors reported in the log window.

NinjaTrader: 8.0.26.1
IB Gateway: 981.3g
Java Version: 1.8.0_152

Disconnecting and reconnecting in NinjaTrader the connection to Interactive Brokers seem to have fix the problem. It was connected a couple of minutes before the market opening. Will see if I get same behvior in the coming days. Just started using NingaTrader in a live environnement so let see.

Hi, thanks for posting. The TWS version should be the version TWS 981.3i, You can download this version from this page:

Also be sure this data is not coming in delayed, NinjaTrader does not support the delayed data from Interactive Brokers connections.
