    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Please make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 8.0.26.1 (Help>About).

Before updating the platform, please export a backup file with your settings, by going to NinjaTrader 8>Control Center>Tools>Export>Backup File. Please follow this link for more details: https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8//backup__restore.htm

To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

Please also delete the cache and historical data folders stored on your PC, following the steps below.
    • Shut down NinjaTrader.
    • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
    • Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
    • Delete everything within 'minute', 'day', 'tick' folders.

Restart NinjaTrader, get connected and open a new 1 minute GC 08-22 chart without templates or indicators.

If that chart looks good, right click within your other charts and select "Reload all historical data".

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

I'd do that sequence in reverse, first with target chart selected, Reload All Historical Data (CTRL+SHIFT+R). That fixes it almost every time. After loading a workspace, I always reload all historical data for each instrument, allowing the instrument to fully reload and calculate all charts before moving on to reload the next one. There always seems to be some missing data if you don't do that, and missing data is not always obvious.
