Did customer service go on strike?

They used to be super quick with any inquiries. I see that many threads have gone many days without any reply. Their email support has also been dead.

HinduMVP There may be a clue here, as noted by NinjaTrader_Kate : "I apologize for the delay in my reply as we've been switching to a new support system this week and are a bit behind.". Personally, I commend Kate for that openness. It speaks of a willingness to recognise when things are not as good as one would want, and to apologise. If only all commercial enterprises could be as open and willing to acknowledge customer views/perceptions. The situation may not be as one would like, but a "personal, human" response is far better than avoiding the matter or taking a "less considerate" approach.
