Can a stop order tell you what you would lose?

Hi I am coming from the Tradestation environment. There, when you set a stop order, it tells you what your potential loss or profit would be. Is there a way that the stop orders in Ninja Trader can do that? Thank you.

No, except if its programmed into the indicator or strategy that you use.

      Hello mathwiz8,

Unfortunately this is not supported by default as Emma1 mentions.

If you want to see what it looks like programed (that 2 people have mentioned)... here you go... we're a ninjatrader ecosystem vendor and have had this request by many of our xabcd pattern traders. This is how it looks when you program it (or the way we did it)...see attached screenshot. You would basically draw in using a risk vs reward type tool so you know your loss before you enter the trade and then it would calculate your contract/lot/share size. More info / video you can find that here: https://www.xabcdtrading.com/positio...g-ninjatrader/
