Is there a way to execute a pending order one or two points higher than the last candle that was closed?

Thanks for your post.

This can be achieved by submitting a Stop Limit order. Are you using Chart Trader for order submission? If so to submit a Stop Limit Order right click in the chart panel at the desired price and select "Buy Stop Limit" when above the market or "Sell Stop Limit" when below the market.
