Hi. I need help with resetting my password to get into my NT account. I've used Forgot Password link on the site multiple times and have not received a link to reset my password. I sent a message to customer service and no one has gotten back to me. Please let me know how I can get help with this issue. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.
We cannot generally assist with issues of this nature on the forum. With that said, I did a search through our ticketing system and was able to find your ticket. I will send a password reset email to the email address that we have on file for you account. You should be receiving confirmation of this very soon.
