Hello NT Team,
I have no problem pulling in any futures contracts live data with Continuum, but just today at 7am PT, the S&P 500 Index (^SP500) is not updating. I have a live connection, have index data enabled, and did not have this problem over the past couple months. I've tried shutting down NT8 and restarting, recreating my chart with the S&P 500 Index, and other things, but nothing seems to be working. I see no error log about this either.
I'm also using NT8 version 8.0.26.0.
Could you please help me get S&P 500 Index updating in real-time again?
9:23am PT update: Nevermind! I updated my data plan yesterday, but I didn't reselect getting Index data. I just updated again and it should be working momentarily. Thank you!
