Has email support for me been blocked?

Yesterday, 7/12/2022, I sent two (same one twice) emails to [email protected] and neither was acknowledged or responded to in any way. This morning, I sent a request through "Help" and it was not acknowledged either.

my account has been blocked due to acccount risk settings but now every day my account is blocked again , even if it did not reach any weekly limit and still i do not know why . anyway i am not able to fix or tweak it. I wrote several emails but no answer.
