UB chart doesn't update

Hello!
I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it.
I have a demo account of NT8 (data: CGC) and when I open a chart of ultra bond (UB), the chart doesn't update.
This situation doesn't happen with other instruments like ZN or ZB.
I tried a lot of things, but nothing worked. I hope anyone can help me.

Thank you for your post.

The 14 day free data demo does not include real-time data for UB, and we are unable to change the data enablement of demos in any way. You will only be able to see historical data for UB while using the demo. With that said, UB can be enabled on live NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts as a special enablement.
