Editor does not open and NT trader hangs

When I try to open the editor, sometimes it takes more than 10min to open the window and sometimes NT hangs.
I'm using version 8.0.25.0 64-bit

BTW, The same behavior occurs with the strategy analyzer but the in the end will open the window after a few minutes

Can you please download and install the latest NinjaTrader 8 version (8.0.26.1) using the instructions below.

• First, please make a copy of the license key entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key as you need it to download NinjaTrader.
• Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down.
• Download and install the latest NinjaTrader 8 version from the link below.

If the issue persists, please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Hi Jason,

Sorry for not replying back. Installing a new version of NT is not an option for me. I have to run multiple regression tests on a new version and just for a test it is not worth it. The question is why is taking so long (I have now one case that takes 30min). This makes NT unusable for me.
