Charts loading but not updating

My charts are loading but not updating. There is a green light next to IB Data and the charts load to the current minute, but are not filling in after that. I have updated the instruments and the instruments list twice, restarting NT each time.

I just noticed that NYSE TICK is working, but the DOW futures are still not filling in. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello alanack,

I have seen this reported by other users when running an unsupported version of TWS. You can check what version of TWS you are running in TWS under Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #.

With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 981.3i. If you are running another version of TWS please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 981.3i via the following link:

Once TWS 981.3i has been installed, please ensure that the configuration in our Connection Guide for TWS has been completed.

Hi, Christopher. I did discover that I was not using the current version of NT, and have updated it, but my version of TWS is newer, so I'll probably have to roll that back. That's probably the problem - I'll work it out when the markets open on Monday. Thanks.
