Strategy orders cancelled if order is filled while disconnected

I've been trading MES and MNQ with limit orders. Sometimes I will place an order and leave. The order will fill while my laptop is off, but when I return the strategy orders have disappeared. This happens during the day time, so it's not related to the weekend or after hours.

If you have an ATM Strategy attached to your entry order this functionality is held locally on your PC therefore for the ATM Strategy to submit your Stop Loss and Profit Target when your entry order executed NinjaTrader would need to be open and connected.
