login error and username

"username or password is incorrect"

my ninjatrader continuum and my kinetick didnt load the charts since Monday 7pm and I dont know why can you help me ?

Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
