Still receiving text alerts after deleting alert

Still receiving text alerts after deleting alert
I am still receiving text alerts for an alert that I created today. I deleted the alert hours ago and still received several texts from this alert. I then deleted the chart and restarted Ninja but am still receiving these texts, it's quite annoying. I have no alerts set up on any charts and nothing is showing up in the Alerts Log.Tags: None

Thanks Chris, I have no other Workspaces, just the one. Nothing is showing up in the Alerts Log, it's completely blank. I received two more texts overnight for this alert after even deleting the "Text message via email" configuration under Tools>General>Share Services. The alert was for a cross above 4844 on the ES and now that it is well above that price I am not receiving anything but am hesitant to set up any other alerts with the text via email

Order of events is below:
1. Set up alert with text via email for price crossing above 3844 on the ES
2. Alert and texts working properly
3. Disabled alert once I was no longer interested in this alert, just disabled, did not delete
4. Still received texts when price went below and back above 3844
5. Deleted all alerts, alerts only set up in one chart but checked them all to be sure
6. Still received texts when price went below and back above 3844
7. Restarted Ninja, received yet another text so rebooted computer
8. Checked forum and saw that deleting the chart may be necessary so I did it and also started checking the alerts log, nothing in alerts log
9. Still received 2 texts overnight (early morning of July 6) when price went below and back above 3844 and the alerts log was blank when I checked in the morning
Apart from when I rebooted I have had Ninja on the whole time

Hi dpvrkb, the only other thing I could suggest is making a new workspace or trying a new installation. See below for instructions on doing a full re-install:- Close all running applications.
- Navigate to your Documents folder > Right-click on the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder > Rename > rename the folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD'. DO NOT delete this folder.
- Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
- Navigate to C:\ > Program File (x86) > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
- Reboot your PC.
- Once these steps are completed, download and install NT8 from the link below:
