Indicator Not Saving

Hello, I have a custom indicator that was given to me by a fellow trader. The indicator works perfectly but for some reason, it will not save to the chart. So every time I close the workspace or NT8, I have to load the indicator on all of my charts again. I have tried saving it as a template as well as saving it in the workspace but it is still not on my charts when I open the workspace back up or restart NT8. Another interesting thing is that if I have it on a chart and then right click on the asset tab and select "duplicate in new tab" or "Duplicate in new window", everything on my chart duplicates except that indicator. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

This typically means there is an error attempting to serialize a public input that does not properly implement XmlIgnore().

I would recommend you report the issue to the vendor or author that distributes this software to report the issue with their software so they make steps to correct the code.
