'Unhandled Exception', unable to open NT8

Good morning support,

I started a OneUp evaluation yesterday and as such, I installed Rithmic Trader Pro and Ninja Trader 8 onto my laptop and everything was working perfectly. I attempted to duplicate the process on my PC this morning but soon realized that I cannot have two NT8 programs running at the same time. OK fine. I uninstalled RT Pro as well as NT8 off the PC and then restarted. I then went to my laptop, and logged into RT Pro but was unable to open NT8. As it goes through its opening sequence (Verifying License, initializing Database) I get an 'Unhandled Exception Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of the invocation'. As I am in a time crunch with this evaluation can anyone help me solve this problem??

Are you able to open NinjaTrader in Safe Mode with the steps below?

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

• Loading workspaces.
• Connecting on start-up.
• Loading custom assemblies.
• Getting instrument updates from the server.

To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:

• Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
• Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
• You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.

While in Safe Mod please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
