Gateway connection data red

Hello,

I set prefered both live and historical data Kinetick. First connected to Kinetick, and second connected Gateway( firstime, i am trying )
Strategies enabled, but Gateway api shows Market data and historical data farms are red !. ıt shows disconnected.
Is that normal?

I have data subscription on IB, i have no issue when connected with TWS api.
I wanted to change TWS api to Gateway because of every night i have disconnection and connection issue on TWS.

I'm not quite sure what this exactly indicates. I suggest contact Interactive Brokers for clarification what this message means.

You have NinjaTrader configured to receive all data from Kinetick. Are you able to select your IB account in NinjaTrader once connected?

Hello Jason, Yes i connected IB account on NT8. I am lollowing with IB.

Another question; As i said prefered connection Kinetick for IB account. I set Keep running handling on strategy.
I am multi connected, If i disconnect from IB gateway strategies disable, and i need manually enable strategies after reconnecting IB gateway again.
Is that normal. Why strategies disable even prefered connection Kinetick?
Strategy tab shows that connection IB gateway, not Kinetick!

Yes, if there is no connection to Interactive Brokers, no orders can be submitted to your IB account.
