This is ridiculous. 3 pages. It is not a ‘Feature Request’, it is push-back by the User-base against a ‘feature’ that was not requested by Users, introduced by Ninja, poorly implemented causing problems for Users and a so-called ‘fix’ rolled out in a wholly un-professional manner causing yet further problems for Users along with the usual obfuscation and excuses that to make it inactive is a big project requiring management review & confining it into the Feature Request graveyard. Stuff and nonsense. It is not a request for a feature, it is a request for an unwanted feature to be removable, or at least disabled.

Thanks for your note.

We have found that there are NinjaTrader clients that like having the Watch button on the Control Center window to connect more directly with our daily live events.

That said, this is a feature request for the option to remove the Watch button from the Control Center window since some clients find the Watch button to be helpful and others do not.

Deciding on features for future releases is not a simple black-and-white decision. There are many factors involved including but not limited to:

• Demand which is measured by objective user requests and subjective discretion on the part of our Product Management team.
• Feasibility
• Developer bandwidth
• Current projects in the queue
• Economics

You'll find a note regarding your feature request in the release notes when a feature is implemented.

Please add my vote to have the option to remove the Watch button. I believe I cannot see the icons behind the WATCH icon. It appears to cover my chart link squares - not good. I stand corrected... there are no icons. It is a good place for WATCH but I should be able to right click and remove it.

Please note that the Control Center does not have any Window Linking buttons that could be covered by the Watch button. Further, the Watch button is only on the Control Center and does not appear on a Chart window.

Charts, Order entry windows, Alerts, Time and Sales, News, FX Board, and Market Analyzer windows all have link buttons in the top right-hand corner.

It's not an option! That's the point, that's what we are asking for. It should be an option so everybody can decide for himself.

That said, this is a feature request for the option to remove the Watch button from the Control Center window since some clients find the Watch button to be helpful and others do not.

Yes, correct this mistake asap and make it an option (to hide & disable functionality), let's go.

I think we all know by now when we are told that something is added as a feature request, this is NinjaTrader speak for saying "We really don't care about what you want, nor about anything our customers have to stay, but to avoid having customers continue complaining about it, we will pretend to add it as a feature request, where we can ignore it while we continue doing whatever we want to do."
