Creating a footprint chart

Hello,

In order for me to create a footprint chart, do I need to upgrade to lifetime? I tried creating a Volumetric chart and was prompted to upgrade

Thanks for your post.

This would be related to the license. Could you copy the license key that you have entered in the Control Center under Help > License Key and send a message to platformsales [at] ninjatrader [dot] com ?

We will then be able to check the license key and enablements and be able to answer any additional questions you may have.

I checked our email system and it looks like they wrote back just after your post. Lifetime licenses would be needed for the Order Flow package.

So if I was to script a footprint initiator, I wouldn't be able to apply it unless I upgrade?

Hello AdeptistJune,

If you want to use the OrderFlow tools (and those are used in your footprint indicator) then you will need to upgrade the license.
