impossible to save propertie right side margin

Good morning,

I can't register the properties of my chart,

I do right click properties I put 300 to right side margin then preset and save I also save the template and workspace when I reopen a chart everything is ok except the right side margin which returns to 30 instead of 300.

and it's the same when I load the history or when I add an indicator as soon as I modify something on the chart the right side margin returns to 30.

Thank you for your inquiry.

As long as you are leaving the same chart window open (do not close it, because if the close the window and then go to New > Chart, this is an entirely separate window) and are not applying any different chart templates to the chart while it's open, this setting should remain in place until you manually change it, close the chart, or apply a different template. I haven't been able to reproduce a scenario where this setting changes unexpected after I enable it. Is there any possible way that you can take a screen capture video of the issue so that I can see your exact process and what steps cause the issue to recur?

Thank you for the video.

When I follow the same set of steps, I get the expected result and my right side margin setting is retained as part of the templates that I create and apply. As a test, I would like you to close your workspace temporarily and open a brand new 1 Minute chart with no custom indicators or add-ons on it. From that new chart, I would like you to adjust the right side margin to your preferred value and save a template under the name of 'NT Test'. After saving the template, please open another brand new chart and apply the template. Is right side margin setting retained when you create a template that excludes any of the third party items that you have applied to your standard workspace?
