        Hello everyone,

        Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

        We experienced an issue with an incorrect entry in the trading hour template, marking Juneteenth (6/20) as a full-day holiday.

        This has since been corrected; To receive this update, please restart the NinjaTrader platform.

          When you make this change the End Time defaults to 12:00 AM. Make sure to change it to 12:00 PM.

            I am not receiving any data this morning. Yesterday Juneteenth appeared in the Trading Hours list. Today it's gone. I added it in but still no data. Need a fix ASAP

              If you ever need assistance immediately, please reach out to us through the platform directly (Help > Email Support), as our forum replies can sometimes be a bit slower, especially when following up on an older thread.

              Regarding the data; If the day was re-added, you would not receive data, as it would mark today as a (full) holiday, instead of an early close.

              As the exchange reopened about 30 minutes ago; Do you receive data at this time?
