Charts not updating since market open

    Charts not updating since market open

    I'm having an odd problem, my NT8 has been working fine till today. The market has been open for a half hour now and no candles have been printed on my chart. I've restarted my computer, logged in and our of both NT8 and Rithmic (which seems to be operating normally), cleared my cache, and still nothing. I've attached screenshots of one chart and the Data Series info.

    seems like this is a system-wide problem right now....multiple people are reporting no data updating on charts despite data coming in normally on time & sales and the SuperDOM

      i've had this a fair few times over the years (and again now)
      data coming in fine and you can see the bid ask price moving fine on the chart trader section of the chart for example, but no price bars

          I am having the same issue today when trying to trade extended hour Crude oil futures on NT8. After I removed the 06/20/2022 Juneteenth holiday from the holiday list in "Tools -> Trading Hours", my charts are getting updated again.

          Update: No need to remove the holiday, just change it to EARLY CLOSE and adjust the end time to 1PM(like Memorial Day).

            Yup. I hope no one held over the weekend, or ran the strategies to manage positions because their positions would be way off right now.

            If you're long you're good, if short not so much.

            Either way, we're all blind.

            Couldn't get through to the emergency trade desk, anyone else? No luck?

                    Having same problem with latest NT8 and IB with NT supported version of TWS, on a chart of ES 09-22.

                    No candle printing for June 19 2022 with Trading hours set at "CME US Index Futures ETH".

                    But looking at another chart with Trading hours set at "Default 24X7" and candle are printing for June 19 2022.


                    Problem is some indicators only work with Trading hours set at "CME US Index Futures ETH".


                    Hopefully this help NT support pinpoint what the problem is.

                      Changing the holiday type from "Full Day" to "Early Close" did the trick. Thank you, traderzbs!

                          Removing Juneteenth holiday from the holiday list worked. Candles are now showing up on the charts.

                            make sure you also adjust the END TIME after setting it to EARLY CLOSE...should match the same end time as Memorial Day holiday....it didn't adjust the end time for me automatically after selecting EARLY CLOSE

                            But this DID fix the problem...charts now updating

                              this might be the problem right here
                              weird that there was no problem with every other holidays up to now ?
