Can't log in after NinjaTrader 8.0.26.1 install

Can't log in after NinjaTrader 8.0.26.1 install
I installed the latest Version 8 release but now can't log in. I can log in via release 7 but not release 8. It says login or password or login is not valid. How can reset the password or get the password from my release 7 connection to paste into the release 8 connection. I can't copy it via the connection configuration screen on release 7.

Hello ct,
Unfortunately you can't copy the password. Could it be "Demo" is enabled in the connection settings for your live account connection?- Please go to Control Center-->Connections and click configure in the lower right corner.
- Select your live account connection in the lower left box named Configured.
- Disable "Demo" on the right and click OK.
If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
