Charts are not refreshing

Hello,

I came in today and opened NT8. The charts opened and candles appear on the charts but stop around a couple hours ago and that's it. I am using various time charts, some including tick charts. The tick charts are frozen on a tick, something like 44. The 44 never updates changes ect. This is the same behavior across a tick, min, and day charts.

I've tried a reboot and also tried deleting the following folders to see if that would help
C:\Users\User\Documents"NinjaTrader 8"\db\tick
C:\Users\User\Documents"NinjaTrader 8"\db\minute
C:\Users\User\Documents"NinjaTrader 8"\db\day
C:\Users\User\Documents"NinjaTrader 8"\db\cache

The only thing that looks like it has changed on this PC is I saw a notice that windows updated itself yesterday. I'm running

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on 5/4/2022
OS build 19044.1766
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

Can you tell me what instrument/expiry you have selected within your chart you are seeing this behavior.

Hi Christopher,

I tried ES, MES, and NQ before I gave up and sent this message. I also create a help ticket later in the afternoon using NT8 Help menu, with logs attached.
