Data feed lag.

Hi, I'm experiencing 5 to 7 seconds data feed lag on the ES, NQ, RTY. Only one chart with no indicators added, no other workspaces open. My connection is NT Continuum.

What's the reason for that? I've seen many reports of this issue on the forum without a clear answer.

There are a number of potential causes that can result in the chart running behind real-time, and we have to diagnose the issue on a case-by-case basis. Without knowing more of the specifics in your case, we would not be able to speculate. However, I'd be happy to begin to troubleshoot so that we can figure out what is occurring. Please send me your workspaces, log, and trace files via email so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Workspaces files and UI settings'.
