    Bar timer not updating when candle closes

    I contacted you yesterday with this problem and I did sync my internet clock. Everythig was fine i thought it was fixed then this morning same problem. the bar timer does not kick in untill 30-40 seconds after a price change. BELOW IS WHAT I DID YESTERDAY from your email. I am using the latest ninja update NinjaTrader 8.0.26.1

    Thank you for your note.

    Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:
    • Shutdown NinjaTrader
    • Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
    • Select Adjust date/time
    • For Windows 10 click 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' -> Then click 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
    • Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
    • Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
    • If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
    • If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)
    After updating the PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader, then right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.
    Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

    Could it be your clock is that far out of sync again? Did you try again to see if it corrects the problem? If so, you might want to install something to auto update your clock at small intervals. Do an internet search for Dimension 4.

      Hello Dbeau,

      Can you tell me what instrument/expiry you have selected when you see this behavior and what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader. Also can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader 8 you have installed which can be found in the Control Center under Help->About.

        I think i solved the problem i removed some old third party indicators and reinstalled 26.1 update.I will monitor and see if its stable.
