Instrument GNF - Non-Fat Dry Milk Futures

This is referring to a Demo account running with historical data.

Hi, i see it looks as if GNF is a tradable futures on TN8. but I can not find in on the 'Risk' Menu, to check it. there is several other instruments I find like this, the Risk is not shown anywhere, that i can find anyway.
Can You tell me where to find the rest of the Risk List for the tradable Instruments?

only if I add it to chart and setup a demo trade,
then at least I can see the 'Risk' Value on the 'Strategies' 'Account' TAB. Listed under the 'Initial margins' TAB.


Also,
The Commissions menu, I find a similar thing on a few Instruments,
ex. MCL - Micro WTI Crude Oil Futures.
The Commissions will not display on the 'Trade Performance' Menu.
nor is MCL listed on the Commissions menu.
How may I Fix this?

Hello Genesis2021,

Thank you for writing in.

It doesn't appear that the GNF has been set up within the Risk Templates or Commission Templates, so you will just need to go in and manually add it.

As well, once you define a Commission Definition for the GNF, any trades placed moving forward from that point will have the commissions applied in the Executions tab and Trade Performance window.

You will need to reach out to your broker directly to find the specific values that you need to use when setting these up.

Commission Template:

I do not see a definition for the MCL in my platform either. You will need to manually add and set up a commission for the MCL as well.

If you do not see a commission for an instrument in the future, check the template you are using and make sure the Instrument has a definition.

Example of what the chart looks like in my platform:

When looking at this instrument, I realized it had really low volume and wanted to let you know why the chart had the gaps in it as this can make it look like things are not working sometimes. It's working, you just won't see a bar form until the price has moved again.

Ahh, Ok Clayton,
yes I see that would be a question , for the Broker, and not necessarily the platform. Thank You for your reply on that, and I will look into Your helpful menus for adding the commissions and risk for the instruments I'm looking at.
