Price to zero

Hi, working with TDA connection and Time frame>Trading hours>Default 24 x 7, prices goes to zero in the morning. What can I do to fix this issue? There is a long red bar from zero to the last price. And US Equities ETH only show prices from 8 A.M. onwards.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the TD Ameritrade API. The TD Ameritrade connection does not stream any pre-market or post-market into NinjaTrader, regardless of the trading hours template that you've applied. This is why the price goes to '0'. The reason that you may be able to see this data in ThinkOrSwim but not NinjaTrader is due to the different type of data feed that TD Ameritrade uses between their own platform and the API that is used to connect in NinjaTrader. The only workaround for this would be to use a different source of data, such as Kinetick. I had similar experiences today connected with TWS. It happened after the market was open, at some point the chart vertical scale went down by a large number. And in the trade execution window it showed an equity price (QQQ, $290), way lower than the actual market price. I checked my IB account record and there was no such a execution. Is it some kind of bug in NT?

No. The issue this user is experiencing is exclusive to the TD Ameritrade connection. If you are not using TD Ameritrade, this thread does not apply to you.
