Unhandled exception: INdex was out of range.

Hi,

This error just appeared:-

Unhandled exception: INdex was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection

Not even sure what it means and where it is occurring. Please help.

Hello Kay Wai,

This unhandled exception indicates something is trying to access an index value which is out of range. Unfortunately I cannot determine what exactly is trying to access this index value that is out of range.

Can you please tell me what steps you performed in the NinjaTrader platform just before the error appeared.

Is there an indicator that does not plot in your charts?

If you restart the NinjaTrader platform, are you able to reproduce the issue?

Hi Jason,

The first time it happened was over the weekend. The second time was today. On both occasions, the application just shut down.

After I restarted, there were no issues. It ran as normal as far as I remember. I did a check on all the charts and there was nothing missing. I haven't changed or modified my indicators for some time - before the recent nt8 update.

In addition, please send me your log and trace files. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
