Help with Data feed connection (new user)

Hey guys,
Im sure this has probably been covered in the past, but I just purchased Ninja Trader after using a demo/sim account to poke around for a while. During that time I was using a coinbase and Ninja trader Continuum data feed. After I entered my new license key the continuum data feed no longer appeared in my list of connections. I went to the Client portal and requested to have the CME Bundle with Level 2 market depth and a few minutes later got an email saying that it was activated....But in the email, I did not receive username or password login credentials nor does it tell me which data feed (out of the 15 or so options) that I need to select? Im also using Ninja Trader as my brokerage. Hoping someone can shed a little light on this for me. Thanks to all.

I suspect the license key might be enabled for the wrong provider, as the connection should indeed be "NinjaTrader Continuum".
