I am seeing occasional data errors, particularly for crude oil. The recent low is 117.47 and NT displayed 2 bars with a low of 116.0. I checked the eSignal data and it is correct. Please advise.asap.

Thanks for posting.
In general, the platform would not adjust or alter the data it receives and can only display the data as it receives it. However, I'd be happy to review your log and trace files to ensure nothing in the platform is causing issues. These files should not be posted publicly on the forum. You can send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Please ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked to include these files. This is checked by default.
