How to move the chart up and down?

If I press the left mouse button in the chart, I can move the chart left and right. But not up and down. How can I move the chart up and down?

Thank you for writing in.

To be able to move the chart Up and Down, hold Ctrl on your keyboard, then click and drag up and down while continuing to hold Ctrl.

• You can technically move left and right still while Holding Ctrl as well, it just lets you go up and down also
