Stop orders cancelled?

Hello
I am connected with prefered real time data:TWS, prefered historical data : Kinetick.

I had active positions and open stop orders on system.

Yesterday 12.06.2022, TWS reconnected at 00:48, and Kinetick discconect and reconnect at 02:08:09
Even they are reconnected, Strategies disabled!!! ( Handling setting: Keep running, disconnect delay seconds:60.000, restart attempts:20)
2 seconds later strategies enabled again, but all my stop orders cancelled?

Why strategies disabled even connected in 2 sec. and Handling setting was 60.000, keep running....etc?
Why stop orders cancelled?

I'll need to take a look at your log and traced files in order to understand what occurred.

Rather than post them here, as they may contain personally identifiable information, please send these in directly through the platform. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.
