excess intraday margin sim account

With ninja trader lifetime, If I hit a negative value in excess intraday margin would the position be closed by the exchange? If so is there any way to have a sim account or playback account be bound by the same rules? thx

Can you please contact your broker regarding your first question. If you have your trading account with the NinjaTrader brokerage, please contact us at brokeragesupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

You can use Risk templates for simulation accounts to track margin. I'm not aware of a way to automatically close positions in simulation accounts when you have a negative value in excess intraday margin. Please see the link below for information on Risk templates.
