Japanese Language

Hello-

I opened my Ninjatrader today and I found some of the features in Japanese. See attached. How do I fix this?

Hello Nick,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->General. Set 'Language' to English and click OK. Restart NinjaTrader for the change to take effect. Check if you still see Japanese text within the NinjaTrader platform.

I followed your directions and I still have portions of the program in Japanese.

What do you advise?

I suggest to perform an uninstall/reinstall of NinjaTrader 8 and check if the issue persists. You will save your settings and data including your chart, workspaces and indicators. They are saved at Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 which is unaffected when you uninstall NinjaTrader in Windows.

• First, please make a copy of the license key entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key as you need it to download NinjaTrader.
• Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down.
• Uninstall NinjaTrader 8 via Windows start menu-->Settings-->Apps.
• Download and install NinjaTrader 8.0.26.1 from the link below.
