CQG Continuum Connection Issue

Hi,

I have been having issues connecting to my CGG connection lately. I have tried both wired and wireless connections; no change. I have tried changing router DNS to Google Public servers; no change. Running out of ideas.

Hold that thought...

I've been fighting this all day and decided to reset my router to factory defaults and manually reconfigure fixed IP's, port forwarding, etc. It was persisting when I posted this.

I just did an IPConfig /flushdns and an arp -d * and it is connecting again.

I'll see what it does in the morning.

I went ahead and deleted your Log and Trace Files from the Forum as they contain sensitive information pertaining to your login details and your PC.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
