Unable to load a chart

For some reason, my NT will no longer load charts. You can see that I'm trying to load a chart on ZB. While it's recognized without a time-frame, when I attempt to load ZB with a particular quarter, I get "Invalid Instrument". Your thoughts? Thanks.

Thank you very much for your post.

I suspect the 06-21 expiration is the culprit in this regard, as this contract would no longer receive data.

Please change the expiration to the current 06-22 / 09-22 contract month, the error should then no longer recur.

If you are ever not certain what the current front month is, you can also enter the instrument itself (e.g. ZB), before double-clicking it in the search results. The currently suggested front month is then automatically added:
