Missing Instruments

Why are some instruments missing?
For example GC 10-22 is missing.
As you can see on the CME website it has a daily volume of almost 2k.

I know that I can manually add instruments. But I don't think the purpose of a software is that everybody has to do hundreds of settings before the software becomes usable

Thank you for your inquiry.

Our Product Management team excludes expiries that have lower volume and that we find that our users do not use frequently. This is because we've had a much greater number of users request that we exclude these lower volume contract months than the amount of users that have asked us to retain them. Since most of the volume shifts from August to December for GC (as you see from the link, December already has about 7x greater volume than October currently with over 14K daily volume compared to less than 2k), we exclude 10-22.

However, it's possible for you to add the expiry yourself should you choose to. I've included a video demonstrating how to do so;
