Need Help... Updated Bios.. Username and Password won't work

I updated the Bios on my computer.. Had to re-enter my serial number and re-do the Continuum with my username and password.. I get this message..


Ninjatrader dosen't recognize my credentials...

The "Too many failed logon attempts" connection error will be automatically resolved 30 minutes after the last failed connection attempt.
