Unexpected/incorrect order entry

Earlier today, 06/03/22, with NT up and running, TWS up and running connected to IB account U32*** and with IB Gateway also up with NT connected U26*** and U18*** accounts, initially bought 2 contracts M6AM2 using NT SuperDOM beginning 06:26 for U32** and also for the two other accounts.
Later, beginning 12:10 used Chart Trader to sell 50 shares TMF from U26*** and U18*** at market, successfully.
However, when subsequently issued same order via Chart Trader to sell 50 TMF from U32*** instead got another execution of the earlier order to buy 2 contracts M6AM2.
Subsequently sold the 2 M6AM2 and sold the 50 TMF directly from TWS.
Will provide pertinent trace and log files upon request.
