Windows not loading

Looking for some guidance. I am using Ninjatrader 8 with continuum. I cannot get the "news" window to populate any data. I also cannot get any crypto currency charts to load data. What do I need to do?

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Forum!

The Continuum connection technology only provides data for Futures and Indexes, but would not provide data for other instrument types, e.g. Cryptocurrencies or Forex instruments.

To receive data for a Cryptocurrency, please connect to "Coinbase", which would provide this data.

Regarding the "News"; At the current time, only IQFeed and Kinetick provide news through the connection. For a full list of which provider supports what data and features, please take a look at the chart below:
