Why is Data different than other platform?

    Hey,

How come the data on ZB is different compared to the one on ThinkOrSwim and Tradingview. This is for June 17, 2021. As you can see from the pictures, the NT one has an extension of 75% from the prior swing, and both TOS and Tradingview have extension of ~30%. I tried adjusting the instrument settings to Do Not Merge, Merge back adjusted, and Merge back non-adjusted but that still didn't bring me to the same one

    Hello Tony,

Thank you very much for your post.

Data provided by two different brokerages rarely overlaps perfectly. This is due to how different brokerages handle data differently, e.g. some brokerages will filter data, provide snapshots, or merge internally.

While I would usually expect values to be relatively close to each other, e.g. a very volatile day could offset this significantly.

Without access to the underlying data that Tradingview and ThinkorSwim use, it would be very difficult to track this discrepancy down, I can only apologize for this.

Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to let me know!
