Demo access and data connection

Hi NT Team

I'm trying to connect to my demo account as attached, when I try to connect is appears a invalid username password. If I uncheck the demo checkbox it works.

How can I connect to demo?



I need to use it to test functionality.

Additionally, if I enter to live account, the data freezes, what is the problem?

Hello eahernandezr22,

In order to connect to your live account "Demo" needs to be unchecked within your connection settings. It does not appear that you have real time data enabled for your account currently which will be required to have chart data update real time. To request for real time data to be enabled please send an email to brokeragesupport[at sign]ninjatrader.com

Keep in mind once connected to your live account you can still trade in simulation using the Sim101 account within NInjaTrader.

Also I suggest removing the attached screenshot as this has sensitive login information displayed.
