Currently set to a 5 second ES chart, on price change, historical depth, 100 levels, min vol = 79, max vol = 199.



I have done all of the performance tips.
CPU utilization is less than 10%, memory less than 25%

When I enter a trade the rendering freezes for a few seconds.
The problem only exists when "historical" is selected and works fine with only "realtime"

Im guessing all rendering is done OnRender
so the only fix would be to change the chart from 5 seconds to maybe 10 or 15?

Could you let me know how many days of data this chart loads? Neither the screenshot of your Utilization Monitor nor your description sounds as if the platform should experience any performance-related issues.

If lowering the "days to load" setting does not help, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I could then take a closer look at any reported errors or issues.
